The extension evaluates the active tab URL solely to determine whether it matches user-defined protected domains. This evaluation is performed locally and is not transmitted to any external server.
PageGuard uses Chrome storage solely to store user-defined protection settings on the user's device.
No browsing history, personal information, authentication data, or website content is collected or shared.
PageGuard complies with Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies and applicable data protection regulations.
